Last Updated: March 2026
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Dragon AI Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By setting up an account and using our services, APIs, and dashboard, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Upload, store, or process any illicit, illegal, or highly sensitive confidential material (e.g., classified government data) without proper authorization.
- Attempt to bypass our rate limits, reverse engineer our Vector indexing mechanisms, or launch Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.
- Distribute malware, viruses, or any code intended to harm the system or other users.
- Generate harmful, abusive, or misleading AI content.
- Automate abusive scraping or send excessive, non-human requests to our infrastructure.
3. User Responsibility & Data
- Data Legality: You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload complies with applicable laws and does not violate third-party rights.
- Intellectual Property: You retain all intellectual property rights to the documents and data you upload. We claim no ownership over your private knowledge base.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys.
4. Service Disclaimer
The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to reliability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
AI Output Disclaimer: While our RAG architecture significantly reduces hallucinations by grounding responses in your documents, Artificial Intelligence models may still produce inaccurate, biased, or inconsistent information. The AI does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice. You must independently verify any critical information outputted by the AI.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dragon AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
In no event shall our total liability for any claim exceed the amount you have paid (if any) for using the platform in the last 30 days.
6. API Usage & Abuse Protection
Developers using our Public API must secure their Dragon-API-Key. You are responsible for all activity performed using your API keys. We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or restrict API access in case of abnormal or abusive usage patterns to protect the stability of our infrastructure for all users.
7. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our platform, with or without notice (where reasonably possible), in the event of a breach of these Terms. The severity and nature of the violation will dictate our response (varying from a warning/throttling to immediate termination).
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to Terms & Beta Features
- Updates: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the dashboard or email before they take effect.
- Beta Features: Some features of the platform may be in "Beta" and subject to change or discontinuation without notice as we continue to improve the platform.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, infrastructure outages, acts of nature, or government actions.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
